VICTORIA, BC: SpeedPro Victoria recently completed several signage and graphics projects across the Greater Victoria area, highlighting the range of environments and installation challenges its team is equipped to handle.
Among the most striking was the installation of a large vertical leasing banner at University Heights. Positioned several storeys up the exterior of the building, the project required installers to work on ropes to safely position and secure the oversized “Now Leasing” graphic.
The completed banner extends down a substantial portion of the building façade, creating a highly visible leasing message that can be seen from a distance.
Other recent projects have included outdoor development signage for West Summit, storefront graphics for Fresh Vape Co., and a large Gucci Flora promotional graphic installed across a retail counter.
“Every project presents a different set of challenges, from choosing the right materials and producing the graphics to figuring out how they can be installed safely and cleanly,” said a representative of SpeedPro Victoria. “We enjoy being able to take on projects that are very different from one another and help clients make the most of the space they have available.”
The West Summit project included a prominent roadside “Now Renting” sign designed to promote the residential development and direct prospective tenants to leasing information. The Fresh Vape Co. project used branded window and door graphics to transform the storefront while communicating key information to customers.
Inside a local retail environment, SpeedPro Victoria also produced and installed a colourful Gucci Flora counter graphic featuring oversized floral imagery and product branding.
Together, the projects demonstrate how large-format graphics can be adapted to everything from building exteriors and construction or leasing sites to storefront windows and interior retail displays.
