Experienced Operations Leader to Accelerate Performance and Support Pella’s Next Phase of Growth

PELLA, Iowa, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pella Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Adams as Executive Vice President, Operations, effective September 14, 2026. Adams brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, industrial products, and consumer goods. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Manufacturing and Supply Chain Officer for American Woodmark Corporation, where he led manufacturing, logistics, materials, engineering, and quality functions.

Throughout his career, Adams has led large-scale business transformation efforts, including M&A integration, change management, Lean and Six Sigma implementation, product development, systems integration and global operations. He has a proven track record of leveraging technology, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence and business performance.
