Scream Dreams Haunted House will welcome journalists, broadcasters, photographers, reviewers, content creators and qualified social media influencers for an exclusive Media Day on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 8pm. Guests will receive an advance opportunity to tour what Scream Dreams Haunted House bills as the biggest haunted house in the Carolinas and take on its signature One Hour Haunted House Challenge.
The approximately 60-minute attraction is designed as a journey through terror, thrills, chills, screams and dreams—an intense but fun experience for guests who want more than a quick walkthrough. Media Day gives attendees an opportunity to experience the attraction, gather visual content and share the story before the Halloween season.

Who Is Invited
•Credentialed newspaper, magazine, television, radio, digital and community media representatives.
•Reviewers, photographers, videographers, podcasters and other working press covering entertainment, tourism, dining,Halloween or regional events.
•Social media influencers and creators with at least 25,000 followers on an established platform.
The 25,000-follower minimum applies to influencers and content creators; credentialed members of the press are not subject to that threshold. Advance registration is strongly encouraged because tour capacity and hosted-media access may be limited.

Dinner Drinks and Media Networking at Spooky’s
Spooky’s Bar and Grill will open at 5:00 p.m., three hours before the haunted tour begins. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for dinner, drinks, informal networking, photography and pre-tour coverage. The highly rated restaurant serves a full menu of food and specialty drinks in a setting located alongside the haunted attraction. (Dinner and drinks are not free, but the haunted tour of Scream Dreams is.)

5pm: Spooky’s Bar and Grill opens; early arrival, dining and pre-tour coverage
7pm: Media check-in and hosted-content preparation
8pm: One Hour Haunted House Challenge tour begins promptly
