Thrive Aviation Unveils First Look at New Fractional Fleet Ahead of NBAA-BACE 2026
PR Newswire
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 15, 2026
LAS VEGAS, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Thrive Aviation today released new photography of the first aircraft in its fractional ownership fleet, showcasing the HondaJet HA-420 and Bombardier Challenger 3500 in a bold, custom paint scheme featuring striking accents. The aircraft represents the foundation of Thrive’s new fractional ownership program, developed in collaboration with Arulean Air, a Honda Aircraft Company subsidiary.
The new imagery offers a first look at the aircraft ahead of NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), taking place October 20–22 in Las Vegas, where Thrive will have both planes on display at Henderson Executive Airport and connect with prospective owners.
“Having both the HondaJet and Challenger 3500 on display at NBAA-BACE is an exciting opportunity to showcase what we’re building,” said Rickey Oswald, Chief Operating Officer of Thrive Aviation. “We look forward to introducing these aircraft to prospective clients and demonstrating the versatility and capabilities of our new fractional fleet.”
Initially featuring two aircraft types, the program is designed to match owners with the right aircraft for each mission. The HondaJet HA-420 brings efficiency, technology and performance to regional travel, while the Bombardier Challenger 3500 provides the cabin space and range required for longer trips with more passengers aboard. Both aircraft feature Thrive’s distinctive livery, creating a recognizable identity across the new fractional fleet.
“Seeing these aircraft in Thrive’s livery is an exciting milestone for our team and something we’ve been working toward for a long time,” said Curtis Edenfield, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Aviation. “We have spent the last eight years building the operating platform, infrastructure and client relationships that make this next chapter possible.”
Thrive Aviation announced its strategic partnership and minority investment by Arulean Air in September 2026, establishing the foundation for a fractional ownership platform designed to scale significantly over the coming decade. Thrive will operate and manage the program, from client relationship management to flight operations, while Arulean Air will acquire aircraft for the fractional fleet.
The program is also designed to draw on Thrive’s existing operating platform and fleet of more than 30 aircraft, providing additional flexibility as owners’ travel needs evolve. Thrive anticipates adding approximately four to six HondaJet HA-420s and two to four Challenger 3500s annually as the fractional owner base and fleet continue to grow.

NBAA-BACE attendees will have the opportunity to see Thrive’s aircraft on static display at AC05 and connect with the Thrive Aviation team at Booth 4271 in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
