Arch, the infrastructure layer for private markets, today announced Arch Investment Research (“Investment Research”), extending its platform into pre-investment due diligence for investment teams at registered investment advisors (RIAs), single-family offices, and institutional investors.

Until now, Arch’s platform has focused on the post-commitment process by automating document collection, data extraction, capital call workflows, and portfolio insight generation across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, real estate, and other private investments. Investment Research gives Arch customers the ability to analyze investment opportunities against their own investment criteria, adding additional structure and automation to diligence processes.

The tool extracts terms from offering materials and surfaces information to review, with extracted terms fully auditable to source documents. The underlying diligence materials follow the investment post close, delivering ongoing visibility to the terms and investment thesis throughout the investment’s lifespan.
